Jiji (Kiki’s Delivery Service) Pattern

For the time being, I’m diverting from dinosaurs to one of my favorite anime cats, JIJI! Jiji is, of course, Kiki’s black cat in the Studio Ghibli film “Kiki’s Delivery Service.” One of the most iconic things about Jiji is that he has rather large ears for his size. It is also one of his more adorable qualities. As such, I took some extra time to figure out the proportions. I’m super happy with how this project turned out. It was truly a labor of love. And I’m excited to share it here with everyone!

For this project, you will need black yarn, purple yarn, white yarn, pink yarn, a crochet hook, sewing needle, and fiberfill.

I used Cascade Yarns North Shore for Jiji’s head and body, Silke by Arvier for the inner ears, and Caron Simply Soft for the eyes. I used a 5mm (H) crochet hook.

Now without further ado, here we go!
